Prior to the start of citywide conferences, the Convention Services team will work closely with hospitality partners, the Cincinnati Police Department and downtown ambassadors to make sure your guests are welcomed and enjoying the city. Your convention¹s name will be in lights on the JumboTron at Fountain Square, the center of the city; as well as on LCD screens at the Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Airport. Letters and proclamations from the mayor may also be arranged.

National Underground Railroad Freedom Center
The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center calls Cincinnati USA home, and stands as the nation's newest monument to freedom. It brings to life the importance - and relevance - of struggles for freedom around the world and throughout history, including today. Made up of three buildings that symbolize the cornerstones of freedom - courage, cooperation and perseverance - the freedom center's curving architecture reflects the winding river and the often-changing path to freedom.
Harriet Beecher Stowe House
Cincinnati is also home to the Harriet Beecher Stowe House, now operated as an historical and cultural site, which focuses on Harriet Beecher Stowe, author of Uncle Tom's Cabin. The site includes a look into the family, friends, and colleagues of the Beecher-Stowe family, Lane Seminary, and the abolitionist, womens rights and Underground Railroad movements in which these historical figures participated in the 1830's to 1860's, as well as African-American history related to these movements.
