More Welcoming Airport

More on-time
In a recently released 2006 USA Census, CVG ranks No. 1 for on-time arrivals and No. 2 for on-time departures.

Airport Ambassadors
For personal assistance at CVG, look for Airport Ambassadors in the Terminal 3 baggage claim area and in the center courtyard of Concourse B. They also work at information booths in Concourses A and C.

International travelers find CVG especially easy to navigate because it is the only airport where ambassadors assist passengers in customs and immigration.

Free Wi-Fi
CVG passengers enjoy free wireless internet throughout Terminals 2 & 3 and in Concourse C. Only a handful of large airports in the country offer free Wi-Fi services, and CVG the only major airport in the Midwest to do so.

Murals in the Airport
The art of Winold Reiss becomes larger than life for millions of people who visit the airport each year. Fourteen 20-by-20-foot mosaic masterpieces originally adorned the walls of Cincinnati's Union Terminal Railway Station, but were moved to the airport in 1974 in an effort to preserve them. Reiss' art deco murals are more than a testament to progress and technology. They are lasting icons to the strength and dignity of the American worker.
